Sledgehammer Sightings at Santa Fe Ski Area this Sunday!!

SkiBikeFun is doing a teaching session with Santa Fe Ski Basins Adaptive program on Sunday 3/01/09.

SkiBikeFun LLC has donated 2 New Sledgehammer SkiBikes to their adaptive program this season and wanted to ensure they were good with technique, lesson plan and equipment overview.

We would like to thank Sante Fe for this opportunity to demonstrate on the mountain and those of you interested in SkiBikeing might want to at a minimum have a look. Great way to enter the new era in snow sports!!

Best regards,
Randy

SkiBike Alley-Only at SkiBikeFun.com

Global Warming is a Real Bummer

Its end of Feb in New Mexico and its already going to be 70 degrees today and have trees blooming. We have not had any new snow in 2 weeks anywhere in New Mexico and nothing on the way in the next 10 days we can see.

I went to Angelfire last Saturday only to have the snow turn to "Sketch" by 12:30pm. Had my buddy Eugene screaming like a little school girl!!Remember what Krusty says,

"Us skibikers only fear two things, Global warming and a flat planet. We are 50% there. lets hope we dont start flattening out or when am I going to ride my "Downhill Bike" in the summer!!!

Time for new ideas!!

Started this blog to get away from old, close-minded ideas in the current skibike industry.

This blog is both footski and non footski friendly so if you are of the point of view that those of us that don't wear footskis don't belong on the hill, turn around and leave now. Same goes for those "Peggers" that want to bash footskiers.

We here at SkiBikeFun believe that not foot-ski and board type bikes are the newest evolution in SkiBiking and will win out the day over footski style bikes. Not an evil plot, just the way we see our sales and customer demands headed. We also believe there is a Butt for every SkiBike seat and our job is to get you connected with the right equipment, even if its not ours!

Lets do some playing with this and see what happens.

Best regards,

Randy
